SCALLOPED TOMATO CASSEROLE 
1 can tomatoes
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
3 tbsp. celery, chopped
3 tbsp. flour
4 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter

Combine vegetables in mixing bowl. Mix flour, salt, sugar and pepper together. Stir into vegetables. Turn into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with bread crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
