ROASTED RED PEPPERS AND GARLIC
SPREAD
 
1 7 oz. roasted red peppers - drained
1 6 oz. artichokes marinated - drained
1/2 c. parsley
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. olive oil
1/4 c. drained capers
4 cloves garlic - chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Blend all ingredients. Serve cold or at room temperature with bread.

Makes 1 1/3 cups.
