STRAWBERRY LAYER CAKE 
1 (3 oz.) strawberry Jello
1 box white cake mix
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1/2 c. milk
1 c. strawberries
1 c. flake coconut
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix cake mix, Jello, oil, milk and eggs, one at a time. Fold in strawberries, coconut and nuts. Distribute into three 9 inch round pans that have been greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until cake begins to separate from edge.

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar, might need more
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 c. drained strawberries

Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Add additional sugar if necessary to achieve spreading consistency.
