SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 lb. squash
1 or 2 onions
Melted butter (1/4 lb.)
1 can of shrimp soup (undiluted)
Grated cheese
Crackers or bread crumbs
Salt
Pepper

Cook squash and onions until tender (drain). Stir in soup, chestnuts, salt, pepper. Pour into greased baking dish. Combine bread crumbs or crackers with butter and sprinkle on top of mixture.

Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 or 35 minutes.
