BROKEN GLASS SALAD 
1 small pkg. lime Jello
1 small pkg. orange Jello
1 small pkg. red Jello
1 pkg. Knox gelatin
1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 pt. of cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 dozen graham crackers
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter

Dissolve each Jello pkg. in 1 1/2 cups hot water. Put in separate dishes and let set until very firm. Dissolve 1 pkg. Knox gelatine in 1/4 cup cold water. Add this to 1 cup hot pineapple juice. Stir until dissolved. Set aside to cool.

Whip 1/2 pint cream until it stands in firm peaks.

Add 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Add this cream mixture to the juices.

Cut jello in strips (or any way you want). Add to the cream mixture.

Crumble and combine, with hands, 2 dozen graham crackers, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1 stick butter. Use mixture to line bottom of pan with thick layer of crumbs. Put remaining crumbs on top. Chill at least 4 hours.

Serves 12 - 15.
