EASY SHEPHERD'S PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 (10 oz.) cans vegetarian vegetable soup
4-5 potatoes, boiled and mashed
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

In large frying pan, cook ground beef until brown. Stir in 2 cans of vegetarian vegetable soup. Mix together well. Pour into 9x13 inch baking pan.

Spread mashed potatoes over meat mixture. Sprinkle cheese over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until it bubbles.
