CREAM CHEESE DIP 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, at room temperature
1 c. sour cream
1 (3 oz.) pkg. chipped dried beef
Seasoning as desired: garlic powder, onion powder, celery seeds, etc.
Chipped pecans

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and beef. Add the seasonings you want. Place in casserole, cover top with pecans. Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serve at room temperature or refrigerated.
