SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. minced onion
3/4 c. fine bread crumbs
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 egg
1/2 c. milk

Mix together all the ingredients and shape into balls the size of walnuts. Brown in 1/4 cup hot shortening. Remove meatballs from skillet.

GRAVY:

1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. paprika
1 beef bouillon cube
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream

Stir flour, paprika and pepper into the drippings in the skillet. Stir in the water into which the bouillon cube has been dissolved. Return the meatballs to the skillet and add paprika. Cook slowly 15 minutes. Just before serving add the sour cream.
