CHICKEN RICE BAKE 
1 c. white rice
1 fryer chicken, or chicken parts
1 env. Lipton's dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Water

Spread rice in bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Lay chicken on rice skin side up. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Mix mushroom soup with 3 soup cans of water and pour over all. Bake 2 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Cover with foil if it becomes too brown.
