CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can crescent rolls
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese

Brown meat and onions in a medium skillet. Add tomato paste, salt, Italian seasoning and pepper. Simmer about 10 minutes. Line a pie plate with the crescent dough. Add meat mixture and top with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
