TURKEY BROCCOLI BAKE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 c. cooked turkey (cut into strips)
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Cook broccoli according to directions. Drain. Place broccoli in an 8 x 1 1/2 inch round baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. In saucepan melt butter. Blend in flour and salt. Add milk all at once. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in Swiss cheese until melted. Stir in turkey. Spoon turkey mix over broccoli in dish. Combine bread crumbs, and Parmesan and melted butter. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
