ENCHILADAS 
12 corn tortillas
1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato soup
2 cans tomato sauce
2 cans Rosarita enchilada sauce
2 lg. onions, chopped
2 cans chopped olives
1 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Quick fry tortillas in oil 2 teaspoons. Stack with paper towels between each tortilla. Let drain. Brown hamburger and onions. Simmer slowly 20 minutes in a 2 quart kettle.

Combine sauce and tomato soup. Heat. After hamburger has simmered for 20 minutes put rest of ingredients in with hamburger (all except enchilada sauce). Then take tortilla, dip in sauce and fill with hamburger mix and cheese. Roll up, put in casserole dish. Cover with sauce and cheese. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
