1 lb. ground chuck
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 c. milk
1 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. catsup
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg, slightly beaten

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Shape in loaf. Put into small flat pan or loaf pan. Bake 45 to 60 minutes until done.
