SCALLOPED POTATOES 
32 oz. hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
12 oz. grated American cheese
1 tub sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/2 sm. onion, chopped

Put hash browns in 9"x13" cake pan. Mix other ingredients and pour on top of the hash browns. Add 2 cups crushed corn flakes to the top and drizzle 1/2 cup butter onto corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
