CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. cherry Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. fresh ground cranberries
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 c. apples, chopped
1/4 c. sugar

Dissolve Jello in boiling water, then stir in cranberries and orange juice. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Place in pan or mold and refrigerate until set.
