SOFT PRETZELS 
2 c. measuring cup
Measuring spoons
1 bowl
Pastry brush
Aluminum foil
Fork

Yeast (1 pkg.)
Sugar
Flour
1 egg
Kosher salt
Salt

1. Mix 1 1/2 c. water and yeast, let dissolve.

2. Add 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 4 c. flour.

3. Knead until smooth.

4. Roll into long strips and fold into pretzels.

5. Beat egg and paint onto pretzels.

6. Set on aluminum foil and sprinkle with Kosher salt.

7. Bake in oven (425 degrees) for 12 to 15 minutes.
