FESTIVE FISH 
2 lbs. skinless fish fillets (King, Lemon, Mullet)
1/2 c. French dressing
1 1/2 c. crushed cheese crackers (Tidbits)
2 tbsp. melted butter
Paprika

Cut fillets into serving size portions. Dip fish in dressing; roll in crumbs. Place on well-buttered 15x12-inch cookie sheet. Drizzle butter over fish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 500 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
