CONCH SALAD | |
2 lbs. conch, cut up in can or fresh conch boiled until tender 1/2 c. fine chopped green onions 1 head lettuce 2 c. tomatoes, cut sm. 1/4 c. vinegar 2 cloves fresh garlic, chopped 1/4 tsp. season salt 1/2 tsp. red crushed pepper Mix conch, onions, tomatoes, garlic, season salt and red crushed pepper together with vinegar in a large bowl. Put in refrigerator for a half hour. Then serve on top of a bed of lettuce. |
