BROCCOLI CASSEROLE I 
2 pkgs. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
1 med. onion, finely chopped
2 eggs, beaten slightly
Ritz crackers, enough to cover top

Cook broccoli until thawed. Drain. Mix mayonnaise, cheese, soup, onions and eggs. Combine broccoli then spoon into large casserole. Cover top with crushed Ritz crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
