BUTTER FROSTING 
1 egg white
1 c. scalded Pet milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg white while scalding milk. Mix milk in with egg white slowly. Add sugar and let cool 20 minutes. Add butter, shortening and vanilla. Beat until creamy and frost cake. Top with coconut or chopped nuts. Beating time can vary in humid conditions.
