COMPANY SWEET POTATO BAKE 
1 lg. can (30 oz.) sweet potatoes
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. milk
1 stick butter, melted
1 can (16 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
2/3 c. raisins
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Mash potatoes in 1/4 cup of sweet potato juice, add next 7 items, stir well. Pour into 8 inch square baking dish, top with chopped pecans. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Serves 8-10. Good with poultry or pork.
