1 lb. hamburg 2 lg. sliced onions 2 green peppers, chopped 3 tbsp. butter 2 c. tomatoes 1/2 c. uncooked rice 1 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper Cook onions and peppers in butter until tender. Add hamburg and cook until brown. Add tomatoes, rice and seasonings. Place all in large casserole dish (10 inches) cover and bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees. |
