1 box chocolate cake mix
1 sm. pkg. chocolate pudding mix (not instant)
2 c. chocolate chips or 1 c. chocolate chips and 1 c. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour sheet cake pan. Mix pudding and cook as directed on package. Mix with dry cake mix. Spread in pan. Top with chips (and nuts). Bake 30-35 minutes. Cool completely.
