BOURSIN CHEESE BY JACKIE 
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. fresh parsley
1 clove chopped garlic
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. dried oregano

Mix all ingredients. Form into log shape and roll in more chopped parsley. Chill. May use pimento for garnish. Serve with interesting crackers.
