OVERNIGHT CHICKEN | |
6 whole chicken breasts, boned & cut in half 2 c. sour cream 1/4 c. lemon juice 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 4 tsp. celery salt 2 tsp. paprika 3 cloves garlic, crushed 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 c. Pepperidge Farm bread crumbs (1 bag) 1 c. melted butter Combine first 7 ingredients. Add chicken and let stand overnight. Roll chicken in crumbs and place in shallow pan. Spoon over 1/2 of butter. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour, uncovered. Spoon over rest of butter. Bake 10-15 minutes longer. Serves 13 (recipe may be halved). |
