STRAWBERRY PRETZEL SALAD 
3/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 1/2 c. crushed pretzels
8 oz. cream cheese
Cool Whip (small carton)
1 lg. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
3 c. slightly thawed strawberries
A Scant cup white sugar

Combine soft butter, brown sugar and pretzels, mix well and pat into lightly buttered 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Cool.

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. While still hot, add strawberries and cool until mixture begins to set. Cream the cheese with sugar. Fold in Cool Whip and spread over cooled crust.

Pour Jello mixture over cream cheese mixture. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
