SEAFOOD QUICHE 
1 (9 inch) pie shell
1 med. onion, diced
1 tsp. garlic
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. half and half
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. seafood
1 stick butter
1 tsp. parsley
1 pinch pepper
1 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 oz. flour

Saute onion in butter. Add seafood. Cook until tender. Add all ingredients, except half and half, flour, and eggs and bring to a boil. Add flour and let thicken. Remove from heat and let cool.

Beat eggs and add eggs and half and half to cooled mixture. Pour into pie shell and bake at 300 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
