DEEP DISH BROWNIES 
3/4 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 eggs
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Reese's peanut butter chips or Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease square pan, 8 x 8 x 2 inch. In medium mixing bowl, blend melted butter, sugar, and vanilla. Add eggs; beat well with spoon. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt; gradually add to egg mixture, beating until well blended. Stir in chips. Spread into prepared pan. Bake 40 to 45 minutes, or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely; cut into squares. 16 brownies.
