SUGARED BACON 
1 lb. bacon at room temperature (not thick sliced)
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut each slice of bacon in half crosswise. Coat with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Twist slices and place on a rack in a broiler pan until bacon is crisp and sugar is bubbling, 15 to 20 minutes. Cool on foil.
