POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. nuts
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. crushed potato chips
1 lg. pkg. butterscotch morsels

Cream butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Drop half teaspoons of dough on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Yields 8 dozen.
