1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Crush cookies. Line 9"x13" pan with crushed cookies, reserving some for the top. Cream butter and cream cheese in bowl, add powdered sugar, fold in Cool Whip. Mix milk, vanilla and pudding in separate bowl. Combine both mixtures. Pour over cookie crumbs. Top with remaining cookie crumbs.
