FLAMING PINEAPPLE 
1 pineapple, halved lengthwise
1 c. strawberries, sliced
1 c. melon balls
1/2 c. blueberries
1/4 c. light rum

Remove fruit in chunks from each pineapple half, leaving a 1/2 inch thick shell. Cut pineapple in cubes. In a large bowl, combine pineapple, strawberries, melon balls, and blueberries. Fill pineapple halves with fruit mixture. Cover with wax paper. Microwave on full power for 4 minutes. In a 1 cup glass measure, microwave rum on full power for 25 seconds. Pour over fruit mixture, carefully ignite. Makes 10 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
