COLE SLAW 
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. half & half or milk
2 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 tsp. vinegar
3 c. shredded crisp tender cabbage (1/2 lb.)

Combine first 6 ingredients; shake well and chill. When ready to serve, pour dressing over cabbage and toss lightly. Serve immediately. 5 servings.
