CRACKER SALAD 
6 egg whites
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. Hi-Ho or Townhouse crackers, finely crumbled

Beat egg white to soft peaks, add sugar, baking powder, vanilla and cracker crumbs. Bake 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees and let cool.

TOPPING:

2 pkgs. Dream Whip (or 12 oz. Cool Whip)
1 c.milk
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. nuts, any kind

Beat Dream Whip with milk. Add cream cheese and pineapple. Spread on crust, sprinkle with nuts and refrigerate.
