SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. fresh spinach, washed and drained
1 lb. canned or fresh bean sprouts
8 slices bacon, fried crisp, crumbled
5 or more hard-cooked eggs, diced

DRESSING:

1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. salad oil
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Garlic salt to taste

Just before serving, layer salad ingredients. Combine dressing ingredients in blender and whirl. Pour dressing over salad ingredients and toss. Serves 8-12.
