Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole:

1 1/2 lb. zucchini, cut in 1/4 inch cubes (approx. 4 c.)
3 tbsp. butter

Cover and microwave 5 minutes on high.

1 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
1 tsp. MSG (Accent, etc.) (optional)
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs beaten

1 (3 oz.) can of French fried onions, crumbled

Cook in microwave. Set on medium for 5 minutes, rotate a quarter turn, cook another 5 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean OR cook on High 7 minutes.
