If roast is frozen, thaw, then rub down all sides with garlic powder and black pepper. Double wrap roast with heavy duty aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes per pound. When time is up, take foil off roast and sprinkle with salt. Cook roast uncovered until lightly browned. Make gravy from drippings. |
