BARBEQUE 
3 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. celery, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. plus 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. catsup
1 can tomato paste
1 can water
Salt & pepper

Brown hamburger, onions and celery. Add mustard, sauce, catsup, paste and water. Mix well, add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer an hour. Serve on buns.
