FRESH SPINACH SALAD 
2 lb. fresh spinach
1/2 lb. fresh mushroom slices
Bacon bits
3 to 6 hard boiled eggs
1/4 c. almonds
Fresh raspberry or tomatoes

Mix all fresh items after washing greens. Serve with raspberry vinegrette.

RASPBERRY VINEGRETTE:

1/2 c. raspberry jam
3/4 c. raspberry vinegar
1 c. oil
1 pkg. Italian seasoning mix

Blend all together and refrigerate.
