CHINESE MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten

Combine all ingredients and shape into meatballs. Brown them. Combine and pour over meatballs:

3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2-3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. ginger
Juice from 1 can pineapple chunks (1/2 to 3/4 c.)

Allow sauce to thicken over low heat and simmer sauce with meatballs for 20 minutes. Serve this over cooked rice. OPTIONAL: Add pineapple chunks to meatballs for a garnish.
