PINEAPPLE BREAD PUDDING | |
1 can crushed pineapple 2 eggs 2 tbsp. flour 3 pieces of bread 2 tbsp. cooking oil Beat eggs. Mix in the flour. Place in a cooking dish. Cover with pineapple. Break bread into chunks. Cover the pineapple mixture completely. Sprinkle cooking oil over the dish. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Raisin bread uses fruit and adds flavor. |
