SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 egg
1 c. rich milk
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 sm. onion
1/2 tsp. salt

Chop onion and fry until brown. Add onion to other ingredients and mix well. Roll into balls and fry until done, about 20 minutes.
