1 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
2 c. quick cooking oatmeal
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. peanut butter

Combine sugar and cocoa, then stir in milk. Mix.

Add butter and bring to a boil. Hard boil for 3 minutes (start counting when mixture begins to boil). Stir constantly while cooking.

Remove from heat and add:

2 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 cup peanut butter

Mix well and drop on wax paper. No baking required!
