1 pkg. white cake mix (moist)
1 pkg. coconut instant pudding
1 egg
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1 tbsp. butter flavor

SUGAR MIXTURE:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix first 6 ingredients for 8 minutes. Put half of sugar mixture into batter and pour batter into a 10"x15" cookie sheet, sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. When cool, sprinkle wtih powdered sugar.
