NORWEGIAN MEATBALLS 
1 lb. beef
1 lb. pork
1/2 c. minced onion
3/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Pepper
2 eggs
Scant 1/2 c. milk

Ground beef and pork together very fine. Mix all ingredients well. Shape into balls and brown in hot oil. Remove from pan and make gravy with the pan drippings and: 1 tsp. paprika Salt and pepper to taste 2 c. boiling water 2 bouillon cubes if desired 3/4 c. milk

Return meatballs to the gravy and cook for 20 minutes or may be put in oven in baking dish at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
