LEMON-NUT BREAD 
Grated rind of 2 lemons
1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. chopped black walnuts, floured
1 2/3 c. flour

Mix sugar, oil and grated lemon rind well; add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Add dry ingredients and mix; add nuts. Place in 2 greased bread pans and bake 1 hour at 300 degrees.
