BAKED MACARONI AND CHEESE 
2 eggs
1/2 stick butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
2 c. shredded extra sharp cheese
1 1/2 lbs. cooked elbow macaroni

Do not overcook macaroni. Use 2" deep large baking pan, greased with butter. Cover the pan with a layer of macaroni then a layer of cheese; continue alternating macaroni and cheese until the ingredients are used up. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper at a medium heat speed. Pour over macaroni and cheese. Put slices of butter and a little extra cheese on the top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
