CHUCKWAGON SLAW 
2 c. shredded cabbage
2 shredded carrots
6 chopped thin (with tops too) onions (green)
1/2 bell pepper, diced
1 tsp. ground celery seed
3 tbsp. white vinegar
6 tbsp. mild picante sauce
1 tsp. sugar
Dash of salt and white pepper

Mix cabbage, carrots, onions and bell pepper. Mix celery seed, vinegar, picante sauce, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over vegetables and toss well. Store in covered dish for at least 4 hours before eating.
