3 (3 oz.) boxes instant pistachio pudding
2 c. milk
4 c. vanilla ice cream
2/3 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
1 sm. container Cool Whip

Mix butter and crackers together. Place on bottom of 9x9 pan. Mix pudding, milk and ice cream together for about 10 minutes. Pour onto cracker mixture. Spread Cool Whip on top after pudding has molded. Keep refrigerated.
