1 loaf frozen bread dough 1 1/4 tsp. dried rosemary 1 tsp. dried sage Olive oil Cracked black pepper Salt (opt.) Thaw frozen bread dough. Let rise. Work dough onto a well oiled pizza pan using finger tips to make small indentations. Slather with olive oil and sprinkle with spices. Let rise again until almost double. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes or until nicely browned. Remove from oven and spread with more olive oil. Cut into wedges. Traditionally, this bread is not served with butter. |
